How do I sync my study data across devices?
Come Behold supports Apple's private iCloud sync and optional Come Behold account sync. iCloud sync uses your Apple ID and private CloudKit database. Come Behold account sync is available to Berean subscribers through Sign in with Apple and keeps selected categories in sync through Berean Studios' sync service.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored locally on your device. It may also be stored in your private iCloud database, in your Come Behold account if you choose account sync, or in submitted reports if you send a report to us. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Find "The Berean" and cancel from there. All billing is handled by Apple, not by us.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are issued by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Come Behold purchase to request a refund.
Can I export my notes and highlights?
Full export for notes and highlights is planned for a future release. Today, Settings → Submitted Reports → Export exports the reports you have submitted from the app.
What translations are available?
KJV and ASV are bundled offline for free. NASB 1995 is bundled for Berean subscribers and may trigger fair-use reporting through API.Bible as required by publisher terms.
What's "The Berean" subscription?
"The Berean" unlocks subscriber content and features, including visual references, subscriber translation access where offered, and Come Behold account sync. The core reader and study tools remain usable without a subscription.
I lost my study data after reinstalling. What happened?
If iCloud or Come Behold account sync was active when you used the app previously, your data should re-sync once the app launches with the same account and sync settings. If sync was off, the data was on-device only and was removed when you uninstalled.
How do I delete my Come Behold account?
Open the app's Sync or account settings while signed in and choose the delete-account option. Account deletion removes synced Come Behold account data and local app data on that device, but it does not cancel Apple-managed subscriptions.
